Thermal Property Scan

A Thermal property scan is a non-invasive way of inspecting your property for missing insulation, thermal bridging, and poorly fitted windows/doors. It can also capture any discrepancies with your central heating system that can lead to poor efficiency.

Our CAT-1 qualified thermographers will add all issues found to your main snagging report ready for you to issue to your developer.

De-snag inspection

During our de-snag inspection, we will re-attend your home at any time convenient to you within the first two years of ownership.

We will review the works that have been completed to ensure they are to a satisfactory standard. Once complete, we will re-issue and update the report for any works that may be outstanding. We can also review any additional items that have appeared during your ownership that are causing you concern.
